C2C has teamed up with a specialised company in order to tackle the subject of vulnerability and identifying potentially vulnerable clients.
We are currently in the process of scoping out reports that would highlight the key triggers of vulnerability i.e. by utilising the clients income and expenditure data over the year and how it has improved or not as the case may be.
Although this would be only a part of the vulnerability profile it would form a key element of that profile.
